" 
This is a counter law suit action where I am the Counter Defendant and have had fraud inducement damages afflicted upon me by the Plaintiff.  The Counter Defendant myself goes by the name of MARITZA MASTRAPA and the Plaintiff is 8221 Star LLC. the Plaintiff 8221 Star LLC. was attempting to collect cash rents and has not obtained an attorney in court regarding this matter and has no right to bring this action law suit against the Counter Defendant MASTRAPA because it is practicing business illegal and has afflicted damages on the Counter Defendant MASTRAPA. There was a former judge assigned to this case by the name of Jerald Bagley since 2015 in which a Summary of Complaint was filed and accepted by Judge Jerald Bagley.  In January 5, 2017 a new Judge was assigned to the case by the name of Judge Pedro Echarte whom discriminated against me in court because I am a Pro Se Litigant and mislead and misguided me on my case on the Summary of Complaint asking me to change the fraud inducement from the Plaintiff 8221 Star LLC. when there was nothing wrong with it and it was accepted by former Judge.  We want to report discrimination against Judge Pedro Echarte who discriminated against the Defendant MARITZA MASTRAPA BECAUSE I Am PRO SE LITIGANT in which the Judge was prejudice and all Pro Se Litigants should all be equally respected in the courts.
