"CONTRARY TO OUR AGREEMENT AS OF AUG.12, 2013, I HAVE NOT BEEN COMPENSATED FOR 6% OF MY TOTAL SALES PER MONTH IN ENTIRETY .

I WILL AGAIN REMIND YOU OF MY CLIENTS/ SALES, AND I WILL REMIND YOU THAT THE FIRST 2 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT "FORGIVEN DRAW OF $400 WAS EXPRESSED (No mention of having to work for the Co. for 6 months to be eligible) TO REVIEW:

FROM DAY 1 - I WAS NOT ENTERED INTO THE PAYROLL SYSTEM FOR THAT FIRST PAY PERIOD , AND SO YOU HAD TO PAY ME AS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR - MY FIRST RED FLAG

...SECOND PAY PERIOD I WAS DOCKED ONE DAY'S PAY = $40.00 DUE TO THE "SCHEDULE" CONFLICTING WITH THE "PAY PERIOD", AND I WORKED ALL THE REQUIRED HOURS PLUS AN EXTRA DAY - WITHIN 2 WEEKS...

THIRD PROBLEM: FOR THE PAY PERIOD I WAS PAID $19.84!!! - AND I HAD TO GO BACK AND RECOOP AND EXPLAIN THE $1113.18 THAT WAS ACTUALLY DUE TO ME ....BUT HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS TO GET IT.

FINALLY, As you may recall this email sent to you weeks ago - THE FOLLOWING WILL SHOW MY SALES & WHAT I AM DUE TO DATE:

Franke - $3566.95 Sold = $213.42 Commission due at 6% - only paid out $141.86 Diff of $71.56

Barkelew - $3926.10 Sold = $235.57 Commission due at 6% - only paid out $78.52 Diff of $157.05

Mayfield - $1733.40 Sold = $104 Commission due at 6% - only paid $34.67 Diff of $69.33

Dial - $2906.50 Sold = $174.39 Commission due at 6% - only paid 58.13 Diff of $116.26


ALSO : From previous Paycheck : Stokes sold $9223.95 - $553.44 Commission due @ 6% - only paid $184.48 Diff of $358.96

HFI owes Ronnie - $773.16 in commissions and these are OVER DUE!

I would like immediate compensation as this is only fair - please let me know when you will take care of this huge oversight.
