"I purchased an 2006 Jeep Liberty Sport March 23 2012. I was told by the salesman Ron Brandon the car would be cleaned. Never could get them to do it. It had one key he promised he would get me one, didn't happen. Allen Lee finance manger came right out and lied to about gab insurance and interesr rate he told me the finance company insist that i take it he also told me the best the finance company could do is 21% for 54 months and I also forgot to mention Ron Brandon told me I would get a new set of tires . Ones on there were bald . Nothing so I called and talked to mike hatmaker, he said don't worry all wold be taken care of. To date nothing has been done. here is what was spend 70.00 clean up 200 .00 for key not spent yet. 538.00 gap insurance 1141.00 interst on gap insurance Allen lee has told me three times to come in and sign a paper to cancel gap insurance. I went twice signed I thought the once should do it so I did not go back the third time. I really feel that 10,000.00 to settle is very fair because of the anxitey caused , I did not mention the tires 689.44 any thing you can do will be very much appreciated thanks richard"

  • The vehicle Mr. Williams was sold was as is with no promises written or otherwise to do anything to the vehicle. The "high" interest rate is due to Mr. Williams credit history. I offered to clean the car for Mr. Williams and we did our best with what we had to work with and Mr. Williams said he was satisfied at that time.

  • this jeep was not sold as is it was not a wholsale purchase . promises make clean up not just a quick wash .tires 4 new where promised .one key the gap ins and interest where controled by allen lee . the fiance company will testife that they would except and written the contract for 13%. gap insurance and interst rate was crammed and lied to by allen lee even if the gap insurance is sttoprd right now they owe for the payments plus the reinbusment is added to the back of the loan so take 538.00 at 21% interest for 54 months
