"JHExteriors offered to do repairs on my home with no money out of my pocket, for doing the work.I have a one thousand dollar deductible.
Under senate bill 101 prohibits contractors from advertising or promising insurance deductible as an inducement for a customer to buy goods or services from the contractor.They offered credit on referral fee. Also offered to not finish all the work and have complete some of the work myself."

  • Dear Mr. Duncan
    We are also trying to resolve this issue. You had signed a legal contract and it had stated you had 3 days to cancel. If it wasn't canceled in 3 days there there was a fee of 20% of the claim. You also didn't tell us that you had a contract signed before us or we would have talked to you in re guards to that. We are not here to steal from anyone. We are just wanting whats states on the contract that you had signed. We are a honest company and Members of the BBB.

    In reference to your request please have your attorney contact us for a copy of the signed contract. A carbon copy of the signed contract was given to you at the time of signing originally.
