Claimant says:
"I hired Jcarlos Construction June 2013 to repair a leak in my roof that cause major damage in my living room. They were to remove all old rool till plywood, install new papers and new shingles, install all flashings and vent protector as needed, install and build a new fait vent on top of the roof, install 200 sq. ft rubber on flat roof, cut and install a sheet of drywall finishing and ready to paint, and clean all trash for $6500. The job was all completed by July 2013. A month later, I noticed there was a leak in the original spot they were suppose to repair. Mr. Carlos came out and said the leak was not coming from the roof. As winter approached with all the snow and rain, the leak is now worse and other leaks have been discovered in other rooms. I had another contractor look at the job in early March and they indicated over 10 things that were not properly done. Some pictures are attached. I tried to call Mr. Carlos (443-414-2768) but he did not return my call. I was requesting no less than half my money back so that I can get the roof repaired properly before there is more damage."
