"Back on May 15, 2007 Jayme was a partner in a real estate education scam along with Robert L Leonetti and their salesman Matthew Sullivan and credit card information person Crystal. These people advertised a brochure which would tell you about their real estate education course. I sent for the brochure as it piqued my interest, but after reading it, decided that it was to complex for me. I sent the brochure back, at which point, the harassing phone calls started. I mean 3-4 a day for two weeks solid. When I wouldn't answer one number they'd use another. I have track of times and dates of calls and numbers. I finally got tired of it and picked up the phone to tell them to leave me alone. That started a harassing close to 2 1/2 hour call with me in complete tears most of the time. I'd hang up and they'd call back again. I finally signed on to the tune of $9825. which I never got back. They told me that I'd have my package in 5-7 business days and it arrived in less than 24 hours. Also in less than 24 hours I called my bank. In the state of PA where I live, you have 3 days to cancel a decision for this sum of money and they had to give you your money back. I contacted The Leonetti Group/ SMI Funding within 24 hours also and they refused to give me my money back. I contacted my bank and they told me to mail everything back and to make them sign for each and every item and they'd get my money back. So trusting in my bank, I did as they said and have all records to that effect. They sent my bank a fraudulent document with a transposed signature of mine. You could tell by the odd line through the page which was copyed onto the page they sent my bank. Different people who have seen this agree with me. However, the bank didn't return my money either. So, since I did what the bank asked and was within my legal rights in the state of PA, why was I ripped off?? Now I threw $9825. + postage costs and toll calls as I didn't have a cell phone at the time away. I know of others who have lost money from these people and were hounded by harassing phone calls. They've continued through the years making great legitimate livings along with harassing people and ripping them off. Different program names from different states; Utah, Texas, Nevada, etc. They even sold their names to other people to sell the product for them or for the other people themselves. I even spoke to Mr. Leonetti himself about this and have emails to the effect that he'd help me out; but he never did. I've filed claims with The Better Business Bureau, The Federal Trade Commission, PA, Utah and TX State Attorney General's Offices to no avail. Now Jayme owns Equicapital Source, INC in Salado,TX partly on the backs of some of us she's helped rip off through the years. Mr. Leonetti is a self proclaimed entrepreneur, who makes money with numerous ventures, not caring about the people whom he literally steals from along the way. How do you people sleep at night? I'd love to be there when your judgement day comes!!!"

  • If this claim is not settled satisfactorily, I along with another claimant who I will contact, will pursue further legal action. My bank told me that the way this transaction was done constituted a form of fraud and that fraud has no statute of limitations. I will also, be forced to exercise my freedom of speech, by posting my dispute in a list of financial, real estate and business journals that I have. I am free to have printed any information, which is accurate and can be documented, which I have loads of documentation; even from my bank. Obviously the choice is yours.
