Claimant says:
"We took our vehicle to have some body work done about four months ago an to this day they have not done any work on the vehicle. When we initially took the vehicle the claimed it would be ready to pick up in 3 weeks this was 5/17/2010 and we have gone to the shop to see the process and they tell us that they will have it ready in 2 more weeks we have been going for about 5 times and every time they tells us to give them more time buts its been about 4 months and we are truly tired of the service they have not even provided.
We already gave him $500.00 as a deposit and it trully fustrates me that he hasnt even started the body work on our vehicle."
