Claimant says:
"I went to this law office to attain services for my child support issue. I paid the biweekly payment as agreed. In the first week or second week did not hear by from the lawyer that was working with me so I called. That person was no longer there at the law firm and I was giving another lawyer for my situation. Did not hear from her either. I finally get a call from another lawyer that works there, telling me, I have a hearing on a certain date. I asked why am I just now getting this information. He says he is now taking the case and I needed to meet with him to go over some information. Went to court and was given another date to come back to finalize the documents. At this time, the lawyer told me I do not have to come back for the finalization that he would take care of it. He did not show up for the signature and the document states that he was not there.

This was my first problem with the law office, that my case changed hands 3 times without me knowing and the lawyer not showing up to finalize the documents and lied about it.

My biggest problem with this law office is that they have not returned my balance of funds. I was sent an itemized account statement which had a error of not showing one of my payment. I call to have it corrected and was informed the correction was made. I asked then, when will I received my funds back and was told after the account is reviewed, they have to send for the funds to come out of escrow account and a check will be mailed to me. The process will take about 2 week as I was told. Its been months!!!!!

I went to the office today, Monday, 10 October 2014 and was told the person that I need to talk to was not in but they will call him. He was very rude, disrespectful, and just nasty tone of voice when I told him I was there to get my funds. He do not have any customer service skills at all.

But I will not give up until I received my hard own money back!!!!"
