Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"IBS customer service did not tell me anything like i was supposed to send a email stating i am canceling my e commerce power sellers on line school. all they said some one will call I again the next day, recreived same answer some one will call you. I had a 3 day canceling period,but i received the call after the 3 day period, you missed the canceling period, you cnanot cancel it. I got the runaround from customer service. Contacted BBB salt lake filled a complaint no 22123391. basic what i wrote to you, they refuse to negotiate, that is were it is now. This company has 30 complaints filed against they were downgraded to B- BY BBB."

  • Interesting. I signed up with this company in January and I remember their terms and conditions stating in bold, "u must cancel in writing to...." then they stated email and actual physical address. I remember this because I had them repeat it. Then I physically signed my signature/e signature online agreeing to that. It's funny how people just don't read and pay attention to what they sign. Anyway, so far I have been pleased with the progress I am making with their services. They had to miss one appt but other than that they have all been great with me threw out the learning and building of this business.
