  • As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Integrity Banc Solutions, I am also showing that she purchased Financial Reports from us, and has access to several complimentary services, including online software and credit card negotiations. These are FREE services that come with the reports, they are not what was purchased at all.

    We show that a her pakcage was delivered and signed for with direct signature via I have reviewed Ms. Lloyd's file, and have matched all incoming phone recrods to our 800 line and not seen 5 calls. Plus, we have live agents from 10-6pm. Ms. Lloyd, was contact by our teams on several occasions, and I am showing that she had a scheduled appointment for November 5th, 2010. She confirmed this appointment by phone, but was not reached on that dayat 3pm which was the scheduled time. I am showing that she was called several times throughout that day to reschedule.

    We also show that her package was received on November 1, after the first attempt to be delivered was no possible and USPS left a note. The traking number is: 70020510000382582766

    We have contacted the client today after seeing this on line as well. She said today that she didnt receive the call on November 5th. Her accounts were called, she is receiving a refund, and she has been scheduled for services on January 4th, 2011 to help her with her cards.

    She appears to be alright, and hoefully, she will confirm this by writing on this blog as well. She also said that since she is getting a refund, if she is satified with the complimentary services that are done in january, she will pay for the services and products that she previously purchased. If she is not satisfied, she will keep the manual and educational materials that she received for free, and the have access to the online software for 90 days at no charge.

    P.S. We are not logged in as Integrity Banc Solutions, becuase this sight will not allow you to write anything or resolve the dispute without paying a $200.00 fee :(
