Claimant says:
"After gaining inside knowledge, did not plan to continue my employment with Innovative Life Solutions. The operations, everyone agreed, at Fort Totten location for service of persons with disabilities were horrible and had been that way for quite some time.

Temporary employment for me with hours not fully paid (9.27). Supervisor (Bola Akinrebiyo) accepted time sheet for full billing of hours (80) for the pay period (exempt status) and only paid me partial amount. Ms. Jones, so far, has not been persuaded to pay me corrected amounts.

*No transparency (separate issue) same company, this has been sent to correct oversight agency."

  • Very uncaring, lacked compasson. and did not desire to solve their problems and make life better for the people they served...Their problems were amenable to being solved. Lots of nice employees and clients, some of their leaders lacked vision.
