Claimant says:
"I ordered a pair of leather pants $249.00 On the 29th of July. The quality seemed fine upon inspection. My husband wore these pants for an event on Aug. 24th. We were not around any conditions that would cause these pants to split up the backside like a pair of worn out pants. The fabric quality of these pants turned out to be very poor, they fit just fine as the lining is still in tact. The sales people are very RUDE and the owner is non existent. They refuse to hear what happened or even consider that fact they they received a bad pair of these pants. They refused to give me the manufacturers information so I could possible get these pants replaced. I would recommend that no one shop with this company on line or in person. I was unable to post a comment on their website."

  • The company's website offered a Clint Eastwood poncho, green in color with a light tan leather collar reinforcement. When I received the poncho, it had a very black collar. So much so, the item looked fake. When I contacted the supplier, they stated they did not offer refunds. The issue is that some people order a costume of garment for a one-night event, and then return the item. I was not returning the item for this reason. I wanted to return the item because the photo on the company website clearly showed a light tan collar. The company would not budge. I emailed the owner today, January 19, 2016. I have yet to receive a response. What is interesting is that the photo on the website has already been removed. Apparently the owner is a whiz at websites but challenged with email Do not purchase from this company. FYI, they do allow exchanges, but I wasn't buying a costume, I actually wanted the poncho to keep. I hope someone benefits from this comment.
