Claimant says:
"I was fired due to a miscommunication problem between Ilink and the company they had me working for. I got terminated for absences that I had legal documentation approving my absences. I had no warning of this before it happened. Nobody could give me a legit reason why I was being dismissed and just kept giving me the run around. Also the wife of the owner of the Company Ilink was very rude and disrespectful when I had went in to get the problem resolved. I had just gotten my wisdom teeth pulled so my face and swollen when i had to come in and deal with this mess, and her and their office manager Christina, would laugh while speaking with me (as if they were laughing at my swollen face as I'm trying to address the matter. Very Unprofessional, rude, and wouldn't admit they were the ones who got me fired. An employee of theirs who was working with me while I was an employee of theirs, withheld some very important information from me that led to my dismissal. This all could have been prevented if they did their job properly and communicated the right information to me. Then Ilink tried to blame me for having a communication problem. Its all in my employee file, I communicated everything to them, and they are still trying to blame me for my termination. I was wrongfully let go while I was taking approved time off to recover from oral surgery."
