"Used car buying service after researching reviews on cars.com and IDrive On Demand website.

Was reassured (in writing) Brent Boate is experienced and only bids on exceptional vehicles at dealer auctions.

I Drive OnDemand received my $1000 deposit on 2/7/2017 and I agreed to purchase 2011 Range Rover Supercharge for $34600.00 plus $595.00 fee on 2/23/2017 and promised 5-7 day delivery and a worst case scenario of 10 days.
The vehicle was delivered on 3/10/2017. The cost of transport was quoted at $250 or less and actual cost was $350.00,which Brent Boate offered to reimburse (in writing), but has not. Upon delivery and inspection, the vehicle's front left tire was damaged. The transport driver stated he was told by IDrive On Demand not to point that out to me.

All four tires were bald, the steering column lever was completely broken and missing, and the airbag light was on.

I immediately notified IDrive On Demand and spoke with Brent who blamed the transport driver for the broken lever and admitted he may have overlooked the airbag light.

The lever cost $914 and the airbag light cost was over $1700. At a total of $4069.00 with labor costs. Brent asked for and received invoices, but is not answering emails, voicemails, or text messages. It took over one month after purchase to get deposit.

I have asked Brent Boate to pay for 1/2 the cost of the tires and the Land Rover repair bill for the broken steering column lever and the airbag light repair.
$3485.00 would make me whole and would be considered fair in spite of all of the aggravation and disappointment. Forget the damaged tire and the excess costs of the transport.

After one more final effort of writing a formal letter to iDrive On Demand and again asking to do the right thing by paying for the Land Rover repair bill and half the cost of the new tires, Brent responded by offering $600 to me to sign a cease and desist if I agreed to stop posting online and "slandering" iDrive On Demand. The definition of slander is an untruth of someone's reputation. My experience with this dealership is all factual. I have not responded to iDrive On Demand.
