Promises of a positive car buying experience were not fulfilled. The cost to buy this particular type of car, make and model increased significantly from initial contact to actual purchase. delivery date was longer than promised, the cost to deliver was more than suggested, the quality and condition of the vehicle was significantly less than promised and required the purchase of new tires, the front left tire rim was damaged, the steering column lever was broken off and missing, and the airbag light was on. All of these repairs cost me $4069.00 more than the $34,600 purchase price I already paid to iDrive On Demand. To top it all off I had to repeatedly ask for my $1000 deposit back, and finally after one month after they were paid for the car, did I finally receive my deposit back to my credit card.

Dealer claimed to have experience and expressed their goal was to make me happy so that I would others to use their service of buying used cars a dealer auctions for their customers. Sounded like a great idea, but it is not a good idea to believe this car dealer's promises. The car cost more than originally promised. the car was delivered later than promised, the delivery cost more than promised, and then the car had bald tires, damaged tire rim, broken/missing steering column lever and the air bag light was on. iDrive On Demand acted as if they were going to do the right thing and asked me to keep them in the "loop" during the car's repairs and then asked for the invoices to be sent to them. I did those things and once the invoices were sent...crickets. DO NOT USE IDRIVE ON DEMAND.
