Claimant says:
"I had my transmission supposedly rebuilt there. Was not repaired correcly. Had to be towed in !st day I recieved it back. He said it got wet. Got it back 2 days later said it was ok. Car did the same thing that I 1st brought it in for. He, Pete , said there was nothing wrong with it & he would guaranty it for a year. I brought it back 2 times after that. I told him I wanted it fixed right because I was going to sell it & i didn't want the customer to pay to have it fixed.By the way I paid him $1,000 to rebuild it. I do not believe he rebuilt it. I sold the car to a lady & 2 weeks later she called & said her trans was bad. I had her bring it there & he flushed out the trans & he said it was O.K. She drove it 1 day & the trans went out completely. I went back his business & had words with him. He charged that woman Another $1,000. to repair the trans. This is the biggest rip off business I have seen in my life. I am not looking to get my $1,000 back, but to get the woman's $1,000 back. Thank you, Jack 602-757-2454"
