Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Honda sold me a bad car. The blue paint on my 2004 Honda Odyssey is now peeling off left and right. I called them, opened up a case, took my car to the dealership of their choice and at the end of the month, I was advised that I had to come out of pocket $1200 to fix it! If I would have purchase any other color, I would have been just fine! I wouldn't have to go through this process of trying to get them to do something about the cheap and defective paint they decided to use. They are liable for the poor, cheap and defective paint they decided to use, therefore, it is their duty to correct the problem."
