Sara T. says: I have still not received any response whatsoever from Honda about whether or not they can disable the airbags in my daughter's Honda Fit. It is unbelievable to me that they are so uncaring about their airbags potentially killing or maiming my child and/or her passengers. I get that Honda can't necessarily fix the problem right away, but they can at least shed some light on disabling airbags. The dealership hasn't a clue. I am appalled by Honda.

Terry F. says: I purchased a rebuilt auto-transmission from an independent auto transmission store. I thought it was unusual that i needed to fix a transmission on my 2003 Honda accord. I did check on the internet to see if in general the Honda's 2003 accord had more transmission problems then other Honda years. 2003 was not a good year for Honda transmissions.

I paid out of pocket to to get a rebuilt transmission. Maybe I should have complained more and asked Honda to give me a break on the price of a new transmission, but I did not.

Case is now closed

I will think twice before buying another Honda....sad, to say.

    Claimant says:I purchased a used 2001 Honda Odyssey in 2004. In 2006 the transmission failed and needed replacement. Replacement was made but the replaced transmission just failed. The car has 150,000 miles and having two complete transmission failures is very, very unusual and unacceptable
