Claimant says:
"I signed up for their program on June 6-7th. Then after looking at my credit card and talking to the person who had sent me their e-mail, I request via e-mail a refund of two charges; $83.95 ajnd $97.00. I sent it to their address: support@ homeincomecashmachine.com. I then waited for the refund only it never came. I then sent a second request with no response, then I contacted USAA, my credit card company.
I had no information or phone number to contact, but assumed my e-mail would be sufficient. today I spoke with a person at the company who told me they had sent all that info to my e-mail address. Apparently, somewhere in that package is info on a 30 day procedure to cancel and a phone number to call. However, since I had already cancelled, I didn't bother to open their business package. Now they are claiming I did not comply with their procedure and therefore will not refund my money. I am very upset and need those funds. Thank you for any help you can give me. I feel they have ripped me off, and should honor cancellations within a brief period. Sincerely Frank Ingersoll"
