Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I feel we were treated unfairly by the management of this hotel in Augusta, GA.
We were charged an extra $25.00 upon signing in at the registration desk when we arrived on December 20. 2015.
We were reassured that it would be returned when we signed out the next morning, 12/21/2015, However, that is not the case.
Our $25.00 was returned by a new invoice for the correct amount and the first was not applied to our credit card! So in one sense the amount was refunded.
But, why charge the extra $25.00 in the first place?
My wife and I travel a great deal and have stayed in the Holiday Inn Hotel chain many times because we felt it was a safe place to stay when traveling.
However, we may not use Holiday Inns any more, there are many other great places to stay along the Interstate 95 corridor, from Florida to Maine!
