Claimant says:
"In February 2011, I made a purchase through Hispanic Global Way. My purchase was a pair of "Sky" shoes which included a few free gifts, according to my reciept. A year leater im getting disturbing and harrassing phone calls non stop. I do not owe this company any more money than what i already paid for. Just recently in March 2012, i sent them a money order in the amount of $250, i have my reciepts to prove it. I strongly believe that i have been over charged, therefore they owe me. The phone calls have been continuing non stop. At one point they even felt threatening, saying that they were going to come search my house and that their lawyers were going to get involved. This company is nothing but fraud. They sell you one item and then try and bill you for other unessesary items... This needs to stop"
