Claimant says:
"I bought your system under a high pressure situation last month and have not been able to secure an address to return it. The system does not fit my needs and the sales person did not leave any information or even a receipt.

Update/clarification 9/12/18
The person I bought this product from left no information about their name or phone number. I sent the products back to the Hi-Dow company and it was received because I got confirmation. I am requesting a refund for the things I sent back but get no action or acknowledgement of this return.

  • This is the manufacture of Hi Dow International we do not attend events or any kind. You bought the product from one of our vendors who are independently owned and operated companies. You will need to contact the company you purchase the product from in order to get information about a refund. That information should be located on the receipt the company on the receipt will not go by Hi-Dow International.

  • I do not know this party or incident

    "This the manufacturer we only sell wholesale to other companies and retail via the website. This is a false claim about our company this customer had to buy the product from one of your vendors independently owned and operated companies in which they do not go by Hi Dow International. The customer needs to contact the actual company they bought the product from. "
