Claimant says:
"In the spring of 2014 we asked them to see if they could fix a small propane heater in the greenhouse to which was attached a propane tank of theirs that we got from them the late fall of 2013. They could only fix it to heat a minimal amount not enough to use it. I was charged $175.00. The propane tank that we purchased from them cost $300.00(propane cost) plus deposit. Tis is 2015 and I recently received a bill from Heller Gas for $225.00 for not using for a year. This isn't right they can plainly see we don't use the greenhouse. Can't they give us a call before they do tis kind of charging people. We are 65 and 69 years old on SS and disabled. Can't they do the right thing? Don't they care about their customers? We asked them just to take away there tank. They informed us that we would not be reimbursed for the $300. worth of propane in the tank. I never thought to check the reviews on them. I checked out some of the other locations owned by the company and they have many complaints. This was a company that bought out the local dealer, How was I to know."
