Claimant says:
"In January my wife needed an attorney, and we went to see Dusten Heugly Att. at Law. He said he would deffend my wife for a flat fee of $1500.00, I told him I could not pay that kind of money up front, but would be willing to make payments, if we could work out something I could afford. He said that he has a construction company and would let me work off the amount at $20.00 an hour for 75 hours and we would be square. He wrote up a contract that my wife, Dusten and I all signed. By june or july I had the contract paid in full, and then some. I continued working for the man until he owed me somewhere between $1250.00 and $1500.00. When I turned in my hours to him, he made me fill as I was taking advantage of him, and got me to agree to accept $600.00 plus the bill of $1500.00 as payment in full. His head office in Provo, continues to send me bill plus intrest added every month. I have made copies of the contract, and my hours I worked to the head office and have called them at least twice trying to resolve this matter. They just keep billing me and I want it to stop. I lived up to my end of the contract and then some"
