  • The company keeps telling me they will transfer the refund to my Paypal account and keep coming up excuses that they were unable to do so. I have a business that relies heavily on paying through my paypal account and have not had any issues. I have also sent them via paypal an invoice for the refund. A reminder has gone out to them several times. No response. I even gave them another paypal account email. No response.
