  • I bought a iphone 6 plus from a store called H&D Electronics located in Bronx NY. On july7 , 2017. Before I purchase the phone I asked the salesman was the iphone new , he said the iphone was new and never used. Two days after i bought the iphone it stoped working . I went back to the store and the salesman gave me another phone. Two weeks after the iphone stoped working again . And so I went back to the store again . I asked the salesman why am I having problems with the iphone if its a new phone . He took the phone and started to try and fix the problem . After he realize he couldnt fix the phone , he told me he didnt have another iphone 6. i told him to give me back my money or fix the phone. I told he i would call the police if the problem didnt get fix. he then through my phone on the table and told me he wasnt going to help me with my phone. Another worker came from the back of the store and try to attack me. I left the store and call the police.The store is selling used phones for a new phone price.And lie to customers about the condition of the merchandise they sell.

  • To the claimant:  I would like to assist here if I can, but there's not much information about what happened, apart from a salesman trying to hit you and being inconvenienced for not having use of your phone.  Can you offer some more info?  Thanks.

  • I don't see any explanation on this claim.  Could claimant pls elaborate on the product and what happened?  IF the salesman tried to hit you, its likely assault and you should report it to the police.  In any event pls add details and I will try to help mediate.  Thanks and sorry for your issues.
