    "Thank you for giving me the opportunity to respond to the claim that my service is accused of. Ms. Solomon has been using my cleaning service for few years now, at her old house and now at a new one. I've been nothing but nice, respectful and professional towards her. The few times that she asked me to come over the house, i always did, right away. There were times that Ms. Solomon would call me up to 7 times, while the cleaning lady was over her house, just to make a comment. The same thing happened this time around. She kept calling me every few minutes, discussing the new lady, since the previous one had an emergency and had to go back home to Europe. Ms. Solomon, concluded that she likes the cleaning lady and she is doing a good job. Few hours later she called back and said the woman opened her drawers and chipped some polish off them. When she was asked if she saw the woman opening her drawers, she said she didn't, she was downstairs. As for the chipped furniture, it was there before, the other woman that use to clean Ms. Solomon's house showed it to me, when i was there previously. She's claiming she got ripped off? She never even paid for that days cleaning! She ripped me off. We also, never left a house that was not fully cleaned. This cleaning lady wasn't supposed to leave yet, she still had few things she needed to finish, but when i went over to the house and saw Ms. Solomon's "weird" behavior, i took her with me. There were times in a past when Ms. Solomon would cancel the service, only to call back the next day crying and saying she didn't mean it and hope we will continue to clean for her. I always told myself if this happens again we'll never go back there i just don't need any drama from a customer, but i always felt bad, now i finally learned my lesson. Like i mentioned above i was always nice and respectful toward Ms. Soloman. Sometimes she would call and i would be on the phone with her for a long time, listening to her talking about her personal problems and struggles. For over 25 years I've provided my customers with exceptional service. The Cleaning people and myself are friendly, honest and very hard working. I can sue Ms. Solomon for trying to destroy the good name i have build for myself for all these years. She can not accuse me, or anyone else by saying things that are untrue. She's calling me a pimp? I'm providing a cleaning service not an escort service! It seems she needs to get her dictionary out. I don't appreciate anyone calling me names and putting me, my business and my employees down, who work so hard."
