Claimant says:
"I have repeatedly asked Hadley Creek Whitetail outfitters for my deposit $500.00 for a 2018 youth hunt that I tentatively booked. I even asked them to split the difference with me which they declined. The reason being is that I could not make the trip no more because I have PTSD. I explained everything to them and they were heartless. I repeatedly asked to speak with Stacy the owner and I was never contacted by him. I also told Michelle and Stacy that the previous trip I had to their organization was very poor and we felt we were discriminated against. They seem to act like it was ok and they acted like it was a good old boys club and laugh it off. I don’t find nothing funny about having PTSD and not being able to take my son on a youth hunt. They are heartless and a greedy organization. I would advise anybody taking a trip there to watch out they been reported by the DNR for baiting deer illegally. My wish is to get this room resolved. Thanks."

  • Mr Palazzolo had booked a youth hunt with us and came on the hunt in 2016, he rebooked to come in 2017, he was unable to come on the hunt so per our cancellation policy that is on our web site any monies paid would be rolled into another hunt he did not want to roll to another hunt so unfortunately his refund is lost. Mr Palazzolo did not mention he could not make the trip because of PTSD, in 2016 we made special arrangements for him and his son to have their own room as per his request. We did everything we could to make the hunt enjoyable by all. We have no control over what the other hunters do in camp. We did not laugh off the fact Mr Palazzolo has PTSD.

  • Bull crap. It’s a good old boys club. I put that money down in good faith to show you that I would come back to your organization because I was willing to let things go. Your guide purposely put us where the deer were most likely not going to be! Matter of a fact he put a tent blind up on a hillside to make sure of it.I have hunted my whole life I know better. You chose to ignore it not me. I told you that I couldn’t come because of the PTSD. You can’t get anywhere lying Michelle... I told you I was unhappy not by what other hunters said or did but what your employee did. I was unhappy that Mr Ward never contacted me about purchasing land. You guys were pushing the land not me. Why was I never contacted about purchasing land? I called your employee several times to contact me. I called Stacy several times to contact me. You know why and I know why. Discrimination at its best.

  • Wow, who would of ever thought that $500.00 was this important to your organization Mr Ward. Whatever happened to the customer is always RIGHT????????????????!!!! And HONESTY is the best policy???????!!!!!!!!!!! One lie leads to another Mr Ward. You have no scruples and you lack of good judgment will be hard on your organization to be successfull in the future. It’s going to catch up to you. Maybe not with me but I am confident it will happen sooner then later.
