Claimant says:
"I purchased a five-year funiture protection plan from Guardman for my sectional at the time of purchase. There has been an accident and I filed a claim. I completed all paperwork and sent all copies of receipts that were required. Guardsman is claiming that the receipt I have is not proof of what I purchased and will not honor their contract.

The funiture store where I purchsed the sectional is no longer in business. I have searched on-line for a parent company and have found non. I have gone through the phone book searching for the salesman who sold me the sectional and protection plan. I have spoken with other furniture salesmen form different places asking what else I could do to show proof to Guardsman. They have all stated that the receipts I have clearly show a three- piece sectional by England being purchased.
