"I purchased a leather sofa from Jennifer Convertibles on 10/23/10 and the sales lady there told me about there leather protection coverage for an additional $100 She asure me that if anything happen to the leather such cracks, stains, or tears that I would have the sofa repaired. back in August 2011 I start noticing cracks on one of the inside cushions and I filed a repair request only to recieve a denial letter saying the required reporting time fram for stains or damages has not been meet. And the damage is not covered. The sofa was less than one year old and the leather is already cracking. I'm am demanding that they get some one out my home and repair this problem or give me a full refund for the coverage. Please conact me at 818 203-9061 or rbattle1@yahoo.com"
