Claimant says:
"My previous Debt solution co. (Brite Solutions) encouranged me to transfer my account to Guardian legal Center. They would continue to settle my contract with "Bureaus Invest. Group "on a agreed upon settlement $14,000.. Of which I had already paid $5,000. towards a negotiated balance of $14,000. of that settlement, leavinging a balance of $9,000.
Guardian Legal Center had me transfer $3,300. from my prev. acct with Brite Solutions to them, along with agreeing to transfer monthly $886. for 4 months, when I realized That NONE of the nearly $7,000 they collected from me was going towards my negotiated settlement with th "Bureaus". I complained to Guardian and they stated the don't honor my prev written agreement with the bureaus, and had NO intention to to use any of the money they collected to pay of my debt. Thereby it would have cost me "MORE" money staying with them , than to have just settled that debt with the "Bureaus". When I Objected, Stopped any Future Bank transfers, they refuse any refunds * ended my account, They took several thousand dollars for doing NOTHING, But early ruining my previous negotiated debt relief with the Bureaus .
Knowing of my written Negotiated contract with the "Bureaus" and having them Faxed them a Copy of said agreement, They didn't inform me that they had NO intention of paying any of my Money towards that agreement until nearly 90 days after signing with them.. I( was made aware of this fact when the "Bureaus" started to complain of NOT receiving any Payments."
