"I purchased a GO Bank card at my local Walgreens, and deposited $150 cash at the register. I went ahead and ordered my Permanent Card and it quickly came. However, the funds were never transferred and since my $150 is stuck in limbo. Calls and claims go unanswered or have no answer. Google GO Card and this is a common problem."

  • I have the email that took them two days to reply to in which it basically says “we didn’t make a mistake.” Go to the App Store read the bad reviews, I’m not the first person they’ve done this too or the only person who thinks this is a horrible bank.

  • Sorry for not responding to messages. In sum , I went into Walgreens last year and bought a GO Card. At the register I put $150 cash on it (the temp card). A week later the “real” card comes in the mail. I check the balance...$0. Now, they claim to transfer funds from the temp card to your permanent card, but when you read the reviews or search you find they often conveniently forget to do so. The temp card long gone....I’ve called it’s useless. Many people have been scammed this way. Thanks
