Claimant says:
"11/09/2016, we went to a presentation for Gold Star Getaways. The Director of Gold Star Getaways was very nice and said I could call him regarding the 3 nights 2 days free stay. Tab Ferguson is the Director.

On 11/14/2016, check # 757, $4,409.00 was cashed by Gold Star Getaways. I wrote it on 11/09/2016. The night of the presentation.

Also we were promised $300.00 restaurant free. I made the call to fun rewards for you in order to validate the free promotions.
On 12/01/2016, check #707, $447.00 was cashed. Tab Ferguson said they were having a special. If I paid to him $447.00 our yearly membership would be paid up for 3 years.
Tab upgraded our hotel room to a condo at Welks Resort San Diego.
We stayed at the Welks Resort which is actually in Escondido, north of San Diego.
We stayed Friday, 1/13/2017 and checked out on Sunday 1/15/2017.
That was the last time I talked to Tab Ferguson. I have tried calling him and I was able to leave messages for several months. Then, when I called, the phone # has been disconnected and there isn’t a new phone #.
When I call Customer Service. The recording says all reps are busy, stay on the line and a rep will help. It sounded like I was transferred, then I was disconnected. This happened so many times.
I want my money back. I was taken advantage of. Selling me 3 years of membership. Promising a 3 nights, 2 days at a hotel of our choice; we paid the fees at redemption center, plus the round trip for 2 passengers, free. I believe I was lied to on purpose, especially Tab Ferguson had to know they were going out of business and needed as much money as he could get.
