Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I got my Solar Panels from this company. I find out much later, that they charge me for 28 panels, but installed only 18. The CPS office sent me their records for this transaction. Global Efficient Energy reported to CPS energy the instalation of 18 panels at a cost of $18,000.00 dls., but they charge me $ 28,900.00.
The difference is almos $11000.00 dls. That is the amount they over charged me. I want that money back. I got a loan that I have to pay for more than 8 years.

J P (Comment):
"When the installation occurred when the job was completed, did you have to sign anything to say what work had been completed if you were happy with the work done.
If so then you would have had chance to say the job wasn't completed correctly, if you had no option to sign, with all of your correspondence with the company, which must be in writing verbal agreements mean absolutely nothing, do you have any emails/letters/texts of them admitting fault, if they have in any written format, they have admitted their shortcomings, and a small claims court upon seeing written proof will see they have admitted they never completed the contract, and would indeed look upon you favourably, if you don't have the written evidence, then it becomes your word against the company, they have a bigger pot of money to fight the case and as awful as it is you would surely lose.

I would if not successful contact your local newspaper the bad publicity generated by the case, would make your repayment seem like a drop in the ocean, and the company would realise this quickly, as if proven they would be shown to be dishonest with extremely bad customer service, the customer service would be the worry, word of mouth is far more important than any advertising.

Good luck with your case, and when you contact them again advise that there will be no more phone calls everything will be conducted by email or post, as that leaves a trail."
