Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I brought a car in Sept 2011,PT CRUISZER 2002, got car fax, and they said they looked at a leak, which was small and nothing to be concerned about, well with in time it got worse. The sales person i talked to said oh sorry you have no warannty nothing I can do,just put in some stop leak in it, it should solve the problem, well this car has cost me 3500 in repairs and I only paid 4200, I got one heck of a lemon, the sales person won't even help me out,he now no longer works there, the GM hasnt return my call yet. I will not buy a car from them again. They are not looking over the used cars they get in ,for I'm proof of that. thankyou Laurie Butler"

  • Laurie.....My name is Hank Gabriel....I have been the GM here at Gettel Nissan since December 2011. I must say this the FIRST time I have heard of any issues with your car you purchased in Sept 2011. I do not have any information on your issues nor have I been contacted from anyone? Threats from a website like this does not help the situation thats for sure. I'm willing to speak with you whenever you want to talk, I cannot make you any promises until I know the entire story of the purchase and the repairs, however, I will tell you I will do what is right for all parties involve within reason.   • Mr Hank Gabriel, I called you the frist time i got a E-mail from you,got to your messageline,left a message an phone number to call me back twice, the reason you didnt have the information is because Mike Hall didnt care,an he dosent work there any more,he was the one i brouhgt the car from an talked to when thing were getting worst
    like i said no warranty but this car should have cost me every penny in sixs month of the sale,he said there was nothing you could do.

  • I've talk to Mr. Gabriel just a while ago, i'm bring in my car for them to look over,he said they will do it for free,but i still feel like i'm not getting any where, will see what happen tomorrow. he's not sure what he can really do.

  • Went to Gettel today had a talk with Mr.Gabriel, an was very nice an had my car looled over, replaced the back brakes an fix the tension arm so it did squeek,an recharged my ac , i thank him for that, im some what saticfied,but still feel i should of gotten a better deal , maybe on a car or some reinburment of some sort acording to others.
