Claimant says:
"Soy ciudadano de Ecuador y tuve contacto con la Srta. Lyli Muñoz de Getaway Exchange LLC, en el 2015 quien se entero que realice la compra de un departamento de tiempo compartido en febrero en un hotel de Orlando y me indico que pondría en arrendamiento por semana $2.500 siempre y cuando se le haga un depósito de $200 proponiendo que lo haga por 12 semanas a la cual me nege, paso el tiempo y en agosto mas o menos nuevamente me llamó indicando que por temporada favorable lo realice al menos por 6 semanas a lo cual accedi la en dicha negociación enviando según contrato AGREEMENT No 082715-1 del 08-27-15 y depositando el giro enviado al banco FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK N.A por el valor de $1.200,00 más salida de capital de $49,54 dando un total de $1.249,54 quedando que en el tiempo de 30 días me realizaba el depósito de $15.000 por el arrendamiento, transcurrió el tiempo indicado y tuve nuevamente la llamada de la Lcda. Muñoz indicando que el departamento fue alquilado satisfactoriamente tenia que depositar $1.040 más por concepto de impuestos, a lo cual me opuse, tuve llamadas posteriormente indicando que tenía que enviar el dinero del arrendamiento y que no podía realizar si no realizó el envío del dinero.
Viaje en febrero de este año a verificar la existencia de esta compañía y todo resultó una farsa tanto en la dirección como en los teléfonos que solo se comunica con una contestadora."

    To whom it may concern,

    Mr. Hairold Cordero paid for an advertising fee on 09/22/2015 to advertise his vacation property with Getaway Exchange.

    The advertising program agreement expires 90 days from the date that the agreement is signed, and is renewable without charge upon written notification 30 days prior to expiration. The client Mr. Hairold Cordero has not notified us to renew their listing. However the listing is still active and being advertised.

  • Buenas noches señores no soy el Cliente: Hairold Cordero, pero es otro de los afectados de Geraway Exchange, la salida la misma como factor común para todos los que fuimos estafados, no me extraña. Lo contradictorio en mi caso es que la Lcda Lyli Muños que ahora han de decir que no trabaja en esa empresa, me llamo antes de los 90 días indicándome que el alquiler fue un éxito y el dinero ya lo tenían y que por ser temporada alta necesitaban de otras 6 semanas más de alquiler y que nunca fue publicado en la pagina que ellos tienen y yo le hice caer en cuenta a la Lcda , a lo cual me opuse y que si lo hacia era con la condición que me envíen el dinero que tenían, pero me indico que primero tenia que depositar $1050 más por concepto de salida de capital de Estados Unidos , a lo cual le indique que me envie el documento especificando lo dicho por esa persona, no fue así me envió otro con otros detalles, el cual adjunto en este comunicado. Todo es una farsa
