"My son went for a cleaning and I paid $500 plus a $200 VIP. He went back in two weeks for 4 cavities and they denied us service because we were 11 minutes late. They said they were closing and wouldn't have time to finish. We immediately drove to my old dentist and he asked who cleaned his teeth? The new dentist only found 2 cavities. We took colour pictures of his teeth and exrays. The pictures showed tartar on his teeth across the gum line. The company has denied calling me back and is giving me the run around. They refuse to look at his teeth, at the pictures, or forward my call to someone in charge beyond the office manager. I have written the headquarters with no response."
