Claimant says:
"AT 11:00 PM 03/07/2012 MY CAR WAS PARKED AT 1210 LORING AVE WHEN IT WAS STRUCK BY A 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY THAT WAS INSURED BY GEICO DIRECT. I INFORMED GEICO THAT MY CAR WAS IN AN ACCIDENT. MY CAR WAS TOWED BY GILS COLLISION WITH IT SAT THERE FOR 15 DAYS WHILE GEICO DID THEIR INVESTIGTION TO ONLY TELL ME THEY WERE NOT PAYING FOR THE DAMAGES DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE PERSON DRIVING THE CAR DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO DRIVE THE CAR 2002 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE CAR WAS NOT REPORTED STOLEN AND THE OWNER OF THE DID CAR ELIZABETH SIDDONS DID NOT FILL OUT AN ACCIDENT REPORT UNTIL A WEEK LATER. THE REASON GIVEN TO ME FOR NON PAYMENT WAS THAT THEY SPOKE TO A RAHKIM WILLIAMSON TOLD GEICO THAT HE DID NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE THE CAR AND THIS IS WHAT GEICO BASED THEIR DECISION FOR NON PAYMENT AND LEFT IT UP TO ME TO PAY 841 DOLLARS TO GET MY CAR FROM GILS COLLISION. WHEN GILS COLLISION RETURNED MY CAR THEY HAD TAKEN TWO OF MY TIRES AND RIMS WHICH WERE NEW AND MY SUN ROOF MOTOR AND MY NEW DURALAST BATTERY. NOW MY CAR IS ON THE STREET DAMAGED UNDRIVEABLE AND I'M STILL MAKING PAYMENTS ON MY 2004 NISSAN MAXIMA CAN THEY DO THIS TO ME...AND I WANT THEM TO PAY FOR ALL PAYMENT BEING MADE BY ME WHILE I DONT HAVE USE OF MY CAR..AND WHO'S REPONSIBLE FOR ANY ADDITIONAL DAMAGE TO MY CAR WHILE PARKED ON THE STREET."
