Claimant says:
"Traded a 2013 Chevy Avalance for a 2013 Dodge durango, I was quoted $29,000 for my chevy and improved gas milage with the dodge. 7 to 10 days later I returned to Gator Dodge to trade the durango back for my truck because I / we are very unsastisfied with the dodge. It has no better gas milage, it is difficult for my wife and her sister to get in & out of,(safety issue), It is smaller and will not hold all our stuff to go North in the spring, I also need the OnStar for the wife when she is driving alone.
The sales manager told me it would cost me $33,000 plus $5.000 to trade back. I said NO you only gave me 29,300 for it to start with, I knew then the sales guy, Bill lied to me because I told him on first trade KBB book said the Chevy was worth 31k to 33k. he told oh no it's worth 29k, I fell with the sucker line, UGH ! The sale manages told me $30,000 plus $5,000.00 I told them $5,000.00 and $455.00 mthly payments for 75 mths was too much. They would not sway or stand behind a disatisified customer ! I want my truck back at a fair deal price. Sincerely Mark Washburne"
