Claimant says:
"Hi" my name is jerome l graham and i have a complaint against gate keepers towing. About 5 months ago i had a 97 mercury sable that had broken down and that needed repair; so i had got in contact with gate keepers towing at the time to tow my car( 97 mercury sable.....to a auto repair shop. but within the process of me doing this raphae williams the owner of gate keepers towing had made a proposion to check out my car( 97 mercury sable.... in regards to fixing it.

Mr. williams had claimed that he had mechanics at his shop that could repair the 97 mercury sable, but when the mercury was placed on the lift it was indicated that the bottom panel was completely rusted out and that the engine an everything else was falling out of the mercury.

So mr. williams had convinced me that he had a 99 ford taurus that he could sell me for a reasonable price an that his mechanics would be able to take usable parts off of my mercury to fix up the 99 ford taurus with it was stated that there were certain things that needed to be fixed on the taurus like:
1. r&r rear tie rod ends hours/ 1.30hrs- rate/ $60.00- amount- $78.00
2. r&r power steering pump hours/ 2.40hrs- rate/ $60.00- amount-$144.00
3. r&r rear trailing arm hours/1.10hrs- rate/ $60.00- amount- $66.00
4 r&r front disc pads & repaced rotors hours/ 1.60hrs- rate/ $60.00- amount-$96.00

an the aboved price was agreed apon & the above amount was paid on 01/18/12 fore in which it was only suppose to take approximately 2 wks for mr. williams to do repairs on the 99 ford taurus an that has not been done at all. i did not recieve the 99 taurus until 02/27/12 and upon delivery of the 99 taurus it was brought to me on a flatbed which was odd based on the fact that mr. williams was giving me a very hard time with doing the job that he was paid for, and i shouldnt of paid him until he did the work on car but he claimed the he wouldnt until he got paid first so i trusted him an all in the 99 taurus does not start at all i called him about the taurus and asked for a refund of what i paid him and he denied given me back anything and i called him repeatedly an he will not come to a compromise an if you'd ask me i would say that he is a scam all i want is my refund.

p.s. i have no title to the car i never got the title from williams because i didnt not want the taurus he did not put any work into the car he brought to me on 02/27/12"
