1. Payment due: Both of the items Mr. Shively ordered have left our warehouse. Item TT487 was shipped by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation No. 9405510200793597048505 and this item was delivered on Apr 13 2011. Item TT487D was shipped on Apr 13 2011 by the same method with Delivery Confirmation No. 9405510200793618151092 and should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Mr. Shively should note that the second tracking number will not have updated information available until the package has arrived in his region and is ready for delivery. The reason for the delay in shipping the items is because the Consumer paid by personal check and there is always a 14 to 16 day delay while our Company waits for the check to clear before we enter the order in our system.
