Claimant says:
"In the middle of July, about 16th of the month, I was called by Fruit Engine representative. The Rep approached me about doing an optimization of my web site. I told her that I was going to wait and search round . She kept grilling me trying to convince me . She called 3 days in a ro . She wasn't fluent in English, talked real fast. On the third day she told me to go to a web site see some of their work to throw me off. She would ask questions and ask two more before I could answer .
Fruit Engine is a coniving scam artist. I was vulnerable since I needeed my web site to be optimized . She put a gentleman on and he said I could pay $200.00 down and $100.00 per month. Afte gettin me to sign, he told me I would have to pay &120.00 a month for a total of $1600.00. They promised I would have my site optimized 5 or 6 month. I was under the impression that I would get this sooner maybe in a couple months.
I signed on Friday evening and called Monday and talked with Mr Marxis Dacanay to tell him something was wrong and I wanted to cancel. I couldn't make him understand. He has constantly called and left messages. he called in the first place .
I am asking for Fruit Engine to cancel the contract and refund $200.00."

Message from Claimant: Marxis Dacanay has continurely called me togive them $200.00 more and they do something different. He offered me to options. He called and I wasn't in town . He left voice mail to call him .
