"My new refrigerator which was purchased 20 July 2016, the outside door handles are loose and about to fall off. There is a one year warrenty. I talked with a Mr. Corey of the service dept. at 410 809-2130 he stated that to send some one out it will cost me a service charge, even if the item under warrenty. The problem has not been resolved."
