Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I purchased a Frigidiare Refrigerator on 8/1/17. In early September the freezer began working incorrectly. I called Frigidaire and they sent a rempairman. The repairman indicated that he needed to order parts. I have contacted Frigidaire multiple times since then, and they continue to tell me the part is on back order. I spent over $1700 on this unit and one month after receiving it, the freezer went out. Now they are telling me they will not have the parts until mid-December. I have no use of a freezer. I have asked them to replace the refrigerator and they will not.
