Claimant says:
"On July 15th I signed a contract with this company for a personal trainer, once a week for six months. I saw the trainer for a couple of weeks, when I inquired of his whereabouts I was told he no longer works here. That someone would contact me from the fitness center. I haven't heard from anyone yet. I emailed customer service and I was told that I could not cancel or get a refund unless I got a statement from my doctor saying that I could not exercise, or that I had moved away. Again she stated that someone would contact me. The fitness center was gping to get his client list and contact each client. That was on September 15th. I am paying 140.00 per month auto drafted from my account and I am stillk waiting to here from someone. I would like to get my money back I have already paid 5 months."
