Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I am filing a complaint against Freecash regarding exactly $205.19 in earned rewards that I am unable to withdraw. I completed offers on the platform in good faith and accumulated these earnings legitimately. When I attempted to withdraw my funds, my account was suddenly restricted without any clear explanation at the time the earnings were completed. After some back to back with customer service, I realized that although the identity checking platform they use (Veriff) accepted my ID as genuine, they manually checked it and marked it as fraudulent. I was concerned that my ID might continue to be declined, so I submitted my spouse’s ID, thinking that the system would reject mine again. After about a week, i received an email saying that my account was permanently banned, without further explanation. After some back and further, they finally explained that it was due to using two different IDs. I did not understand that this could violate platform rules, and I was not attempting to deceive the system. I am fully willing to complete verification again properly under my own identity to resolve this issue. When I contacted support explaining my mistake, I received only a generic response stating that “earnings from a restricted account cannot be transferred or withdrawn for security reasons." They have not provided any further explanation for the restriction, nor have they offered any appeal process or opportunity to correct the verification issue. I believe it is unfair to allow users to complete offers and accumulate earnings, then restrict access to those earnings without an immediate explanation or a reasonable opportunity to resolve verification issues."
