"I AND MY PARENTS SPENT A NITE AT THE CASINO AND I GOT A SECOND DEGREE BURN FROM A PLUGGED UP STAINLESS STEEL COFFEE POT. THIS HAPPENED MAY 4, 2011 AT 2;00AM. I GOT BURNED ON MY R-BREAST WHICH SENT ME TO THE ER. I ENDED UP WAITNG TO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION ONCE I GOT BACK TO MY HOME IN ILLINOIS, WHICH GOT WORST. I TOOK PICS AND I CANNOT FIND A LAWYER BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT IT NEEDED TO BE A TRIBAL LAWYER ALONG WITH A MI LAWYER. WHICH HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE TO DO. THE COFFEE POT WAS PLUGGED UP AND LEFT BY THEIR STAFF OR A CUSTOMER. THERE IS NO HONOR IN MY SITUATION OF OCCURRENCE BECAUSE IT RUINED A MAJOR PART OF MY LIFE. THE CASINO DID NOT CALL ME NOR WERE THEY REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT MY PAIN THAT I SUFFERED. FOUR WINDS CASINO CONTACTED THEIR INSURANCE YORK INSURANCE, MR NICK PANSELINAS WHOM CLAIM THAT NO ONE OCCUPIED THAT ROOM IN MANY WEEKS AND THAT IF HOUSEKEEPING LEFT THE COFFEE POT ON THEN IT WAS THE MANUFACTURER'S FAULT AND THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE."

  • I THINK THAT PEOPLE SHOULD TREAT OTHERS LIKE THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED. IF THEY WOULD HAVE SHOWN A LITTLE CONCERN ,THIS COULD HAVE BEEN HANDLED IN A DIFFERENT MANNER,BUT BECAUSE THEY SHOWED NO CONCERN ,I FILL THAT THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO BRING THE IMPORTANCE AND ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.I WAS BURNED VERY BADLEY AND SOME ONE SHOULD BE HELD RESPONCIBLE. NO ONE SHOULD NEVER FILL THAT NO ONE CARES OR EVEN FOR THAT FACT ,YOU CANNOT GO ON ALLOWING THESE TYPE OF BEHAVIOR TO TAKE PLACE . NOR DOING ANY KINDS OF THINGS TO ANY ONE. PEOPLE HAVE FEELINGS AND TO NOT SHOW THAT A PERSON LIFE MEANS NONETHING MAKES YOU A MONSTER.
