"I Would Like to resolve contractual matters to prevent further irreparable harm. I am compelled by justice to have my losses covered and claims for damages adjudicated fairly. My right to effectively provide a reasonable standard of living for my wife and kids and to earn an adequate retirement was intentionally disregarded By Foster Farms in the course of there customary business practices. I have been infringed upon, mislead by fraud and denied good faith dealings. Breach of contract losses are significant as well. In considering the "totality of things", I hope Foster Farms would recognize my concerns and assist me in the disposal of my claims. The details of my discovery and the related issues associated with the underlying subject matter are highly confidential. I Feel it best That I first contact Foster Poultry Farms first, and to give them the opportunity to jointly participate in the resolution. I will be on stand by awaiting for Foster Farms confirmation and reply to these matters. If after a reasonable amount of time, Foster Farms decides not to acknowledge or at least respond, I will have given them a "fair notice" about my ongoing quest for justice, relief, redemption, and standing."

  • Please consider doing what is ethical. I have put all of me in this quest for justice. I have enlightened myself to the bigger picture of your practices and dealings. I had no choice at all but to pursue and prevent further loss of damages. My wife and children were deeply affected by Foster Farms lack of care and duty. Based on what I know now, there is no doubt in my mind that I and many others equally situated were purposely deprived of a fair chance cause for Foster Farms.
