Claimant says:
"i have been going through FACS since July of 2012, as of January and February 2014, they have automatically taken the monthly payment out as usual but failed to pay any of my creditors. i was very stressed out. kept getting massive amounts of calls from creditors. I tried calling, leaving messages, faxing statements from creditors , even e-mailing to get some kind of response. Kevin finally called back and left a message that he had moved and never received any of his messages and that he would look into it. i tried calling back after a week and his mailbox was full. i called a couple more times and it was still full. then i tried again and the phone was disconnected. i went straight to my bank and had them stop any more money coming out, so now they owe me $734.00. i have had some problems along the way since i started with the program, but i trusted kevin and he always seemed to straighten things out, but not this time and i do not want to go through the stress anymore. since three of my creditors have gone to collections, i have been working on taking care of it myself."
