Statement of Claim
"I decided to take my car to Firestone to get an alignment done. After sitting in the waiting area I witnessed two other customer's returning their vehicles because the work had not been done properly. I was a little nervous seeing as they were currently working on my car. After I left my car had started to make some other sounds that were not happening before as well as two weeks later my alignment has started to mess up again. I called back up to the shop to inform them and let them know when I was available to come in. I spoke with a gentlemen name Memo. He advised me that I needed to be there before they closed at seven. I work Monday through Friday and fully scheduled on the weekends so if they are needing to stay later to fix my vehicle than that is what needs to be done since I am having to come back again. I also informed Memo that I witnessed two other very upset customers and his response was are you worried about their cars or do you want to get your car fixed. I am really nervous to take my car back now and this is why I choose not to go to franchised places, because they treat me horrible and not to mention the other mechanic decided to tell me I needed new tires, when I have just had my tires replaced with new ones. I hate going into these places, because being a women I feel they do try to take advantage of you and get you to spend more or do not fix the issue the first time. I am very upset and frustrated with the situation and wish I had not gone with Firestone."

Message from Firestone Complete Auto Care Store # 10146: Rolinda, My name is Tom and I am with the Firestone Complete Auto Care Corporate Offices. I apologize if there were any errors with our service. We offer a fixed-right guarantee at all of our corporate owned locations if there are any concerns with this location in particular. However, in order to fix the issue we will need to inspect the vehicle again. If you do not feel comfortable bringing your vehicle back to our store and there is still an issue with the alingment, message us at social@bfrc.com with the invoice number. This way we can get management involved and issue a credit where needed. However, we will not be refunding the posting fee as this does not relate to our service. We also have a consumer affairs team readily available to get your request for a refund of service to the right people at all times.
